Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tt999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the tt999 website and its associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the tt999 platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the tt999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and tt999. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility and Registration

Use of the tt999 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tt999 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+ in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from tt999.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tt999 is lawful in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of tt999 or any of its certified game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tt999 or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tt999 platform. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual will be closed upon detection, and any balances — including bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited without prior notice. tt999 uses identity verification technology to detect and prevent duplicate registrations.

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Management

Upon successful registration, tt999 will create a single account in your name denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account details with any third party under any circumstances.

tt999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification, which is available free of charge to all registered account holders from within the account security settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: tt999 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. This process may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and screenshots or confirmation of the payment method linked to your account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in any tt999 request may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. tt999 will not hold verified player funds without a lawful basis for doing so.

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any verified real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after any applicable withdrawal processing checks have been completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tt999 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tt999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed through its approved payment channels. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank) may apply their own service charges, which are outside tt999's control.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account holder must have completed all required KYC verification steps before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• Funds originating from a bonus award are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• tt999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above specified BDT thresholds before releasing funds.
• In cases where fraud, money laundering, or policy abuse is suspected, tt999 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be notified via their registered contact method.

tt999 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. All funds deposited to your tt999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

tt999 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used within the validity period specified on the offer will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per offer.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-wager limit applies as specified in the individual offer. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is pending may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or misrepresentation — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tt999 platform are final once confirmed by the system. tt999 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and a confirmation reference has been issued, except in cases of demonstrable technical error attributable to the tt999 platform.

In the event of a technical failure — including server outage, disconnection, or game provider feed interruption — during an active game round or live bet, tt999 will attempt to resolve the round using the last confirmed game state. Where a fair resolution is not determinable, the affected wager may be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

Sports Betting: All pre-match and in-play cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are governed by the specific market rules published alongside each event. Void rules, abandonment policies, and minimum acceptance thresholds for in-play bets are detailed in the sports betting section of the Platform.

Live Casino: Live dealer game rules are set by the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live) and are displayed within each game interface. tt999 does not modify live dealer game rules and is not responsible for rule changes made by the provider. All live dealer outcomes are final as determined by the live studio and cannot be disputed on the basis of player preference.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the tt999 platform, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately and will be reversed upon investigation.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to disguise the origins of funds deposited to your tt999 account. tt999 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account information, or coordinating betting patterns to manipulate market outcomes or bonus systems.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward tt999 staff, support agents, or other players on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tt999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, website layout, text content, game interfaces supplied by licensed providers, and software architecture — is the intellectual property of tt999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tt999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the tt999 platform without prior written authorisation from tt999.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tt999 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from voluntary wagering decisions made by the account holder.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including mobile wallet operators and card issuers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in live sports data feeds or score trackers provided by third-party data suppliers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits tt999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. tt999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data

tt999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tt999.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

tt999 uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect data in transit. tt999 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Responsible Gaming

The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the tt999 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with a material change, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any verified real-money balance.

tt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where a breach of these Terms is identified, where regulatory obligations require it, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, tt999 is not obligated to release any bonus balances held on the account at the time of closure. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered may be returned at tt999's discretion following investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the tt999 platform that cannot be resolved through the tt999 support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected] for escalation.
